These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between GRDigital and individually (“Company,” “we,” "I," “our,” "my," or “us”) and any person or entity (“User,” “you,” or “your”) accessing or using this website (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services

The Company provides consulting, advisory, and digital development services in three practices:

The Company has further developed proprietary frameworks and AI-driven products, including:

Growth Orchestration System™ (GOS™)
Predictive Intelligence Scenario Engine™ (PISE™)
Advanced Risk & Competitive Analysis Node Agent (ARCANA™)
Velocity Intelligent Tactics Agent™ (VITA™)

Collectively, “Proprietary Products” — Such Proprietary Products are intended solely as decision-support tools and shall not be construed as guarantees of performance, financial return, or specific outcome.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, designs, trademarks, trade dress, methodologies, Proprietary Products, and associated intellectual property displayed on or otherwise made available through the Site, are the sole property of the Company.

No license, assignment, or transfer of rights is conferred by mere use of the Site. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Disclaimers

(a) The Site, its content, and any services or Proprietary Products are provided on an “as is,” “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

(b) The Company expressly disclaims any and all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

(c) No information provided via the Site shall be construed as professional financial, legal, medical, or technical advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Site, services, or Proprietary Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

User Obligations

U.S. and International Users shall remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable U.S. and foreign laws. All users shall not:

(a) engage in unauthorized access, interference, or disruption of the Site;

(b) infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company; or

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes shall lie with the state and federal courts located in California.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the Site following such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
